No. Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. 4.What if the merchandise is not in stock?
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If the item you ordered is out-of-stock, you will receive an out‐of‐stock email notice and the item will be removed from your order. Please note that you will not be charged for any out of stock items. You will only be charged for items that will be shipped. 5.How much is the shipping cost? All mail is shipped standard. Standard shipping costs 14USD and takes 7-14 days to reach destination. Unfortunately, with standard mail, tracking is not provided.If you require Express shipping, please choose 25USD for “Express Shipping”, which takes around 5-7days to arrive destination. Luna Wong is not responsible for items lost in transit or delayed due to postal service issues. 6.Can I exchange the merchandise? If for any reason your purchase is damaged when you receive the package, you may exchange regularly priced merchandise within 14 days.All exchange items must be in their original condition with all hang tags and labels attached. Any items returned in any condition other than in that originally sent will not be eligible for exchange. We recommend that you send your exchange via an insured carrier.
